Return Policy

As a renter, please sign in to your Account and make the necessary changes related to returns through the Manage Subscription portal. If you are a lender or buyer, we encourage you to inform us via e-mail. Additionally, we recommend reading the Return Policy provided below:

    Renter subscription covers the shipping and return of the clothing items up to once a month in each direction.

    Generally the returns are shipped by using the same method as when clothing was delivered: DPD parcel machine or courier. Learn more below:

    9,90 € / PER DELIVERY

    The lender may recall some or all of the clothing items at any time by sending an e-mail to the@rewear.company

    The preparation of the returns owned by the lender may take up to 5 business days in case the requested items are at TRC warehouse and not currently rented out.

    Return Policy

    RETURN OR SWAP CLOTHING ITEMS

    Sign in to your account and update your active subscription at least 5 business days before the start of the next rental month:

    1. Swap or remove the item(s) that you wish to return. In case an item is swapped, you will receive an automated letter. In case an item is removed, TRC representative will send you a summary letter of your returns within the next 48 hours.

    2. We will send your new chosen clothes out to you in a reusable bag (along with a returns label) or instructions within 2 business days after your subscription update.

    3. Ascertain the suitability of your new clothing items. If you wish to return any of these, you must again swap or remove the items from your active subscription (see no 1).

    4. Pop all returns into the reusable bag, stick on the label, and return it to us by the last day of the period.

    5. Please fill in the Returns Notice or email us the@rewear.company if you want to be refunded for the selected unsuitable items.


    When ascertaining the suitability of the ordered items, you must handle and use the items only as they would normally be allowed to do at a physical store. If the items have been used for other purposes or show signs of use, TRC reserves the right to charge one month’s rental fee for the items and add it to your subscription.

    If you fail to return the clothing items to TRC by the last day of the period or fail to inform TRC in writing by e-mail at the@rewear.company by the last day of the period that the items may be delayed for a few days, then TRC will also charge you the rental fee for the unreturned items for the next rental period.

    Any clothing items that are part of a set must be returned together.  If you fail to return items that are part of a set together, you must continue paying the rental fee for the whole set until that set has been returned.

    In you don not receive any of the ordered clothing items, the items do not match the description posted on the marketplace (wrong size, brand, etc.), or the items have significant defects which are not listed in the product description on the marketplace, the please inform TRC by e-mail at the@rewear.company as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the items, in order to prevent any possible claims from TRC in the future.

    CANCELLING OR PAUSING

    If you wish to cancel or pause your subscription starting from the next period, you must log in to your user account and update your subscription at least 5 business days before the end of the period, and then return all of the clothing items to us by the last business day of the period. Please note that a paused order can be continued later on but a cancelled order can be only activated by us. If you accidentally cancelled your order please do reach out to us.

    If you fail to return the clothing items to us by the last day of the period or fail to inform us in writing by e-mail at the@rewear.company by the last day of the period that the items may be delayed for a few days, then the subscription will not be cancelled.

    If you fail to return the clothing items to us by the last day of the period, fail to respond to our reminders, and give us the reason to believe that you are committing fraud or another offence, then we have the right to terminate the agreement and charge your credit card for the cost of replacing the items. The costs will be determined by TRC at our own discretion.

    WITHDRAWAL

    You can withdraw from your rental subscription and purchasing order before the order has been shipped by us and receive a full refund of the payment made.

    You have the right to withdraw from your rental subscription or purchasing order, in whole or in part, without disclosing the reason, within 14 days after receiving your first order, and to receive a part or full refund subject to the following conditions:

    1. You fill out the Returns Notice / Withdrawal Form.

    2. You return us the clothing item(s).

    3. You pay for the transportation costs of returns (unless your subscription continues and selected items are swapped).

    4. The returned clothing items are unused, clean, and intact, and during the ascertaining of the suitability of the items, and you have only handled them as they would normally be allowed to do at a physical store.

    If the clothing items have been used for any other purposes or show signs of use, the marketplace reserves the right to charge one month’s rental fee for the items.

    TRANSPORT OF THE RETURNS

    Please use the shipping label that you received with your order or print out the label using the shipping code that DPD sent to your mobile. Then stick it securely on the return parcel.

    REFUND POLICY

    We will refund the renter or buyer the fee charged for the clothing items within 14 days of receiving them back, or from the time of the withdrawal notice if the products are already at the facility.
