Operations Assistant
An Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations at our facility in Tallinn. This role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with our Operations Manager and other team members to ensure the seamless functioning of operations. We are currently seeking to establish a contractor/freelancer agreement and anticipate receiving invoices for the assistant's services.
Responsiblities
1. Helping with all sorts of day-to-day physical and online tasks in our facility
2. Products handling and sorting
3. Products maintenance works & photography
4. Updating and listing new products to the database
5. Helping to get orders ready for shipping
