Insurance

The monthly shipping & service fee is 4.90 € per subscription order. It includes deliveries, clothing insurance and professional cleaning for returns:

Shipping	The fee covers delivery and return of the items up to once a month in each direction. We're partnering with DPD for carbon neutral deliveries.
Insurance	The fee covers accidental damage, such as stains, lost buttons, broken zippers, ripped seams or holes that are reasonably repairable.
Cleaning	The fee covers professional cleaning for returns so, there is less hassle for you. We'll prepare the items for the next little one.
