Care Instructions
Less is the new more
We're keeping the clothes clean and safe with cleaners made of all natural integrients.
Before clothes are shipped to you, these are cleaned using Mulieres natural laundry wash gel and natural scented vinegar. Mulieres products are perfect for sensitive skin, washing children’s clothes, environmentally friendly and effective.
Where to start?
Looking after your children's stuff can be a hassle, which is why we'd like to make this proccess easier for you. Follow the tips below and simplify your life.
Also follow our basic care guide and check care label on the clothing to avoid being charged for any damage caused by wrong laundering.
Washing
Always separate out light and dark colours to avoid colour transfer in the wash.
We don' t recommend dry cleaning and washing/drying/ironing clothes on high heat to prevent fading or shrinking. As well as, it's not good for the environment. Do only what's absolutely necessary.
Cold rinse stains
Rinse stains with cold water. Use a cold rinse cycle or handwash as soon as possible to loosen stains and avoid setting stains permanently.
Rinse stains from behind to push the stain back the way it came, not deeper into the fabric. Until most of the stain is removed keep washing and rinsing cold.
Removing stains
Pre-treat with a stain remover, then let it soak in. For example, use Mulieres natural scented vinegar or a baking soda. If needed, use a soft toothbrush to gently scrub the stain.
If the stain remains, repeat the steps. Regular stains should come out in cold water but for very tough stains use the warmest setting safe for the fabric.
Whitening & bleaching
Always separate white clothes from coloured ones as it helps to keep the white colour bright for longer. Adding 1/2 cup baking soda to your laundry wash gel will boost the cleaning power and leave clothes whiter and brighter. Baking soda is safe to use in both standard and high-efficiency washers. Bleaching is only allowed for white clothes.
Reshape & line dry
Gently stretch wet clothes back into shape, untwisting seams and line dry in daylight.
Avoid using a tumble dryer as the heat can set stains permanently into the fabric. It also damages clothing fibers, causes bobbling and changes the shape of clothes.
